  • Can I bring samples to your lab for testing?
    NO. You can only send your samples to us by standard mails or express mails.
  • How do I submit my samples?
    You can send your samples to our Sample Receiving Center by standard mails or express mails
  • Can your laboratory come to collect samples for me?
    Right now, we don't provide samples collection service. If we offer samples collection service in future, we will pose a notice.
  • When will I receive my results?
    For non-sequencing test results are typically 1-2 days after we receive your samples. For sequencing test results are 5 to 7 days after we receive your samples. You can go to Products and Order page to check the turnaround for each product.
  • How accurate is the paternity or maternity testing?
    Our Paternity (Maternity) Test provides clear unequivocal answers. If the alleged father (mother) is not the biological father (mother), the probability of paternity will be 0%. If the alleged father (mother) is the biological father (mother), the paternity (maternity) will be confirmed with a minimum probability of 99.9%, with the participation of the mother (father).
  • What happens to samples after they're done being processed?
    All samples will be destroyed approximately 3 weeks after tests done unless you have further instructions.
  • Is testing Mother necessary in paternity test?
    No. Testing the mother typically yields a higher probability of paternity (thus is scientifically recommended), but it is not mandatory. The test may be conclusive without obtaining a sample from the mother; however, it will require more analysis to provide conclusive results.
  • Is testing Father necessary in maternity test?
    No. Testing the mother typically yields a higher probability of paternity (thus is scientifically recommended), but it is not mandatory. The test may be conclusive without obtaining a sample from the mother; however, it will require more analysis to provide conclusive results.
